Force 10 UAE LLC projects go through several processes of commercial Estimation & Planning, implementing accurate logistics plans, profound method statements, smooth supply chain, In-Time Procurement Planning and best engineering practice of Project Management Planning and consistent Method of Construction in which these processes are collimated with unique system of Quality Assurance & Control to meet Total Customer Satisfaction.

Force 10 has taken its drive towards its own share of Emiratisation and adheres to do so.

Force 10, being a construction company, offers good opportunities in various fields for qualified nationals. You may be a contractor; an apprentice looking to finish your apprenticeship; a skilled worker, various construction-related jobs, positions and new opportunities await you.

As a part of UAE society, Force 10 endeavours to support the campaign and the vision 2021 of the Government to Emiratisation (Tawteen in Arabic), which mandates the inclusion of Emiratis in the job sector, particularly in the private sector. Emiratisation aims to increase the number of Emiratis in the job market and their contribution to the economy. It will promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation. Moreover, It will lead to substantially increase the number of youth and adults who have relevant skills, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent jobs and entrepreneurship.
