OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY

Force 10 UAE LLC is committed to being a leader in occupational health & safety and aims to never compromise on its commitment to the health, safety and well- being of its people and those under its umbrella.

Force 10 aims to:

  • Eliminate class 1 personal damage at our workplaces.
  • Systematically reduce class 2 and class 3 personal damage at our workplaces.
  • Comply with all relevant legal, contractual and regulatory obligations.

Within a corporate framework for occupational health & safety, each business unit of Force 10 UAE LLC is required to:

  • Maintain occupational health and safety management system meeting the requirement of ISO 45001: 2018 & OSHAD SF.
  • Maintain a culture of free and actual accident and incident reporting. Set and achieve clearly defined annual health and safety objectives.
  • Provide training and promote awareness of health and safety to employees and those under its care.
  • In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirement, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, accident, or personal injury/ illness.
  • We recognize that the responsibility for health and safety are shared. All employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities and on our work sites. Safe work practices and job procedures will be clearly defined in the company’s health and safety manual for all employees to follow.
  • All management activities will comply with company safety requirements as they relate to planning, operations and maintenance of facilities and equipment. All employees will perform their jobs properly in accordance with established procedures and safe work practices.
  • Policy shall be reviewed annually and all changes shall be effected accordingly.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Force 10 UAE LLC is a leading company in the region, whose aim is to ensure bringing into life exuberant visions with high values playing a key role to effectively participate towards upgrading communities’ development in the UAE, and adding values to the corporate social responsibilities.

Force 10 UAE LLC is highly and promptly committed to carrying out all its activities in an environmentally sustainable manner through allowing sustainable development indicators measuring sustainability development performance.

Parts of these commitments are as follows:

  • Identify potential environmental impacts and opportunities from Force 10 UAE LLC activities, by commissioning environmental impacts assessment for all projects’ proposals, if required, then addressing recommendations in the decision making and planning processes.
  • Seek to minimize pollution and use natural resources sustainably by considering environmental performance and climate change in investment decisions, master planning, development design and construction, and supporting relevant research and development.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement by identifying appropriate environmental standards,  developing and implementing guidelines, implementing pollution mitigation measure, monitoring environmental performance, and reviewing activities where necessary.
  • Provide environmental training and awareness to the staff to enable them to carry out their jobs responsibly, and ensure accountability for environmental performance at all levels in Force10 UAE LLC.
  • Ensure contractors, sub contractors, suppliers, and partners working with us to meet or exceed Force 10 UAE LLC environmental expectations.
  • Inform and exchange with our staff, development and construction partners, regulators and communities.
  • Pro-actively work with other local and international stakeholders through research and joint programmers to advance environmental management in the development, construction and operation stage of in-land and marine urban communities.
  • Operate and maintain all environmental management system through compliance with ISO 14001: 2015 & EAD.
  • Promote the materials recycling methodology during construction and operation stages.
  • The Policy shall be reviewed annually and all changes shall be effected accordingly.
